Camp Wellbe: A 5 Week Virtual Music Therapy Program for Preteens

Duration: 1 hour per session (Every Wednesday from 4:30pm-5:30pm ET)
Suitable for: Ages 9-12
Limited spots available
Over a 5-week program, each session aims to facilitate the exploration and management of feelings surrounding the challenges of the pandemic by:

Providing strategies on using music as a coping tool

Creating connection and a sense of belonging
About Music Therapy
Music therapy is a certified health profession that helps support your health, development and well-being. It is practiced by certified professionals who use music in a safe way to address any physical, emotional, cognitive, social and spiritual needs. It’s especially useful for youths who have difficulty communicating and expressing their feelings using words. No music experience is necessary!
