Ages 9-12 years Welcome! Instructors Steffi Dotson and Jon Raleigh. This month-long series is full of hands-on, engaging crafts using STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) to teach hand skills to children using safe materials. Each project teaches craftsmanship, dexterity and material exploration. Students will get acquainted with various woodworking tools and techniques and will be guided through a series of exercises that teach hand-eye coordination, problem solving, and craftsmanship. Students will make beautiful pieces to take home over the course of the series. All materials included. Different projects every month. Repeats welcome!
