Terranea Resort invites guests to celebrate Mother’s Day with an elegant oceanfront brunch buffet featuring a selection of gourmet dishes. The experience begins with a Market Fruit Display, Salad Bar and Composed Salads, including baby spinach with strawberries and feta, fennel salad with artichokes and heirloom tomato caprese. A variety of vegan and gluten-free pastries, croissants, bagels and muffins are also available. The Seafood Station offers jumbo shrimp, snow crab, oysters and scallop and octopus ceviche, alongside a Smoked Salmon & Bagel Bar and a Sushi Display. The Charcuterie & Cheese Table features Italian meats, California cheeses and artisanal breads. Breakfast selections include a made-to-order omelet station, sausage bar and house-made ricotta pancakes. The Asian Kitchen presents dumplings and vegetable egg rolls, while the Pasta & Risotto Station serves linguine with lemon cream sauce, wild mushroom ravioli and spring vegetable risotto. Main dishes include chicken piccata, pan-seared sea bass, vegan paella and seasonal vegetables, complemented by a Carving Station with slow-roasted prime rib and honey mustard-glazed ham. Desserts feature s’mores tartlets, rose panna cotta, berry tarragon lemon trifle and cherry mascarpone crepes jubilee.
