Wheres Waldo? - Flintridge Bookstore

? Flintridge Bookstore and twenty-four other
businesses in La Cañada Flintridge come together once again this year to celebrate our community and
the iconic character from the popular Waldo series, created by Martin Handford. Where’s Waldo Local is
a favorite summertime event here and in communities nationwide. So, join us for some hide-and-seek
fun. The hunt lasts for the entire month of July and culminates with a party at Flintridge Bookstore,
including prizes, as well as refreshments contributed by participating businesses. The party is on
Saturday, August 2, from 11 AM – noon.

STEPHANIE OWENS began writing children's picture books in order to inspire and excite little ones as they prepare to face life's changes. My First Loose Tooth was the debut release from All My Firsts, her series highlighting many childhood milestones. Stephanie is the founder and President of Hayward House Publishing, which she began in order to self-publish her series. With a degree in psychology, Stephanie spent the years following school working in a placement home counseling troubled youth. She lives in Los Angeles, California, but was born in the Bay Area and spent her formative years in Maine.
