The larger part of a unique, two-sport complex, Glover Stadium sits in Anaheim's La Palma Park. It is named for Richard M. Glover (1908-74), who served as football coach and athletic director at Anaheim Union High School beginning in 1931 and later became the Anaheim Unified School District's first athletic director. The sister facility, Dee Field, seats 700 for baseball games. Built in the 1930s, it was re-named in 1986 for Dee Fee, a 49-year employee of the city's Parks, Recreation and Community Service Department.
