If you are brand new to yoga, haven’t practiced in a while, are recovering from an injury, or just getting back into shape, your best place to start would be our Yoga Foundations Classes. These classes move at a slower pace, explain poses in more detail and require less physical exertion. Other great classes to try include: Restorative Yoga or Candlelight “Deep Stretch” Yin. Always remember to listen to your body!! If a pose doesn’t feel right, you are always welcome to take breaks and/or modify. If you exercise regularly and consider yourself to be in shape, you’ll be fine trying any class. If your schedule permits, it is always a good idea to try a Yoga Foundations class to improve your technique and learn more about the fundamentals of yoga. Always remember to listen to your body!! If a pose doesn’t feel right, you are always welcome to take breaks and/or modify. If you’re looking to sweat and challenge yourself check out our Let Go & Flow Classes.
